Overview

At the core of the ICSS, is the team of international experts from key sectors including law enforcement, international policy, anti-corruption, government and sport.

The ICSS offers a range of services to governments, international organisations and across the sports industry and implements programs around the following areas of work:

• Safety and Security
• Sport Integrity
• Youth Matters

The work of the ICSS in these segments is based on a strong network of international partnerships across different sectors – including sport, government, law enforcement, and academia – and on its capacity to initiate world-class research initiatives and create powerful open-ended platforms to encourage collective action, exchange of ideas, driving thought leadership and identifying solutions to combat safety, security and integrity issues facing sport.

A key platform for supporting these efforts has been the ICSS’s flagship conference, Securing Sport, which aims to unite stakeholders from all sectors and areas of the sports industry to discuss and identify new ways to safeguard sport.
Our projects also extend to research and into the vital role sport plays in social and economic development.

The ICSS is constantly seeking to drive collective action, share new thinking, and bring together experts from around the world in order to generate opportunities where different stakeholders are able to come together to create positive change.
To achieve these goals, we regularly gather subject matter experts and leading figures in sport safety, security and integrity across a range of international platforms, expert summits and conferences.

Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA)

The ICSS is a founding member of SIGA, the world’s largest independent coalition in the field of sport’s governance and integrity. SIGA brings together sport, governments, global business (including global sponsors, rights holders and the financial services industry), international organisations and civil society (including leading NGOs and academia), from every region in the world, around a common cause of fostering greater integrity throughout sport.
