Working Papers: Follow-Up to the Fifth International Conference MINEPS V

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the ICSS hosted the first technical meeting on the manipulation of sports competitions to follow-up on the historic recommendations and commitments made by governments in the Declaration of Berlin.

Taking place in Doha, Qatar on the 16th and 17th September 2015, this landmark meeting on the manipulation of sports competitions gathered over 80 government officials, international experts and leaders in sport and was the first time the officials met to follow-up on the detailed recommendations outlined within the Declaration of Berlin.
